3 weeks ago Lisa said on the phone Magistrates court and I pay and get the dog back. On the 11/090/2015. Lisa Calleja the RSPCA inspector stated that she will take this to a magistrate and recommend that Chim Chim will be at risk if given back. I feel they are doing their best to kill CHIM CHIM. Once he is dead they can get rid of evidence.. Then they can show that they cared by all the Vet treament they did..
