Despite the great work of the End Frozen Pensions Campaign we are no nearer to ending this scandal. It is perhaps naïve to think that a Government which has scrapped the winter fuel payment, denied compensation to the WASPI women, kicked social care reform into the long grass and placed the whole state pension system under review, is going to make a special exception for Britons living overseas. The daft proposal for a national digital ID card may place further hurdles in the way of a resolution.
