Tell the FCC to Deny SpaceX’s 1MILLION Satellite "Orbital Data Center" Application

Tell the FCC to Deny SpaceX’s 1MILLION Satellite "Orbital Data Center" Application
The Issue
ATTENTION: Chairman Brendan Carr, Commissioner Anna Gomez, and Commissioner Olivia Trusty. This petition represents the formal opposition to FCC File No. SAT-LOA-20260108-00016 filed by LI Toy & Game
The Problem:
SpaceX has filed an unprecedented request with the FCC (File No. SAT-LOA-20260108-00016) to launch a massive new constellation of 1,000,000 satellites (a 100x increase over current orbital density), which they are calling the "Orbital Data Center." As a concerned citizen, and a small business owner, I am taking a stand. This plan doesn't just threaten our local night skies; it risks orbital collisions, increases light pollution, and will create massive amounts of space debris that will impact our planet for generations.
The Technical Details:
1) This will create unmanageable risk of "Kessler Syndrome" collisions that could permanently render Earth’s orbit unusable for all of humanity.
2) The cumulative light pollution from these satellites will effectively end both light & radio ground-based astronomy, and destroy the heritage of a pristine night sky for every person on Earth.
In Layman’s Terms:
1) Kessler Syndrome is a nightmare space scenario in which the number of satellites and orbital debris is so high that collisions occur, each one generating more and more space debris, which in turn, will cause an unstoppable chain reaction making Earth’s orbit unusable for generations to come.
2) With 1 million satellites, astronomers estimate that thousands of moving "dots" will be visible at any given moment. Their glow will wash out some of the stars in our constellations. When a satellite dies (and with 1 million, hundreds will fail every day), it begins to tumble. A tumbling satellite creates a bright, rhythmic flash that can be brighter than most stars, creating a "strobe light" effect in the sky. There will be nowhere on Earth, not even the North Pole or the Sahara Desert, where you can look up and see a sky that isn't filled with Musk’s satellites.
The Action:
I have officially filed a Formal Petition to Deny with the FCC in Washington, D.C. I am asking the Commission to either deny this application, or pause it until a full environmental and safety review is conducted. We cannot allow billionaires to privatize our "Global Commons" without public oversight.
The Ask:
By signing this petition, you are adding your name to a formal community record that I will submit to the FCC. We need to show the Commission that the public is watching and that we demand safety and transparency before another million satellites are launched into our atmosphere.
