Today was a watershed moment for our petition and our formal challenge at the FCC. We didn't just file paperwork; we officially dismantled the primary legal argument SpaceX is using to rush their "Orbital Data Center" system through the regulatory gates.

1. The Technical "Smoking Gun": Starcloud vs. SpaceX
SpaceX has been telling the FCC that their 1-million satellite constellation is a "unique, first-of-its-kind" technology that justifies skipping standard competitive rules. We just proved them wrong. We officially submitted evidence to the FCC docket (PC0109025) showing that a competitor, Starcloud Inc., successfully launched the Starcloud-1 satellite in November 2025. Not only did they beat SpaceX to orbit with an NVIDIA H100 GPU, but they successfully trained AI models (NanoGPT) and ran Google Gemma in space months ago.

By proving this technology is already operational by others, we have effectively blocked SpaceX’s attempt to bypass standard "Processing Round" rules.

2. Exposing the Trillion-Dollar "Rush"
We are also highlighting the timing of SpaceX’s massive filing. It aligns perfectly with the $1.25 Trillion merger between SpaceX and xAI announced on February 2nd. This isn't just about "connecting the world"; it’s a strategic move to lock up orbital territory to fuel a private AI monopoly ahead of their July 2026 IPO.

What’s Next?
I have officially "served" the legal papers to SpaceX's lead counsel, William Wiltshire, and their Director of Satellite Policy, Jameson Dempsey. They are now legally "on notice" that their "Special Circumstances" waiver request is being challenged with hard technical evidence.

Tomorrow morning, I will be performing a scan of the FCC portal to ensure our supplemental filing (PC0109025) is fully indexed and visible to the public.

Thank you for standing with me. We are proving that space belongs to everyone, not just the highest bidder.

DON'T FORGET TO SHARE THE PETITION! :)
