I am now convinced an appeal to the Town Council will not work. BUT....I am now asking them to do the job of governing which is their responsibility. I have written a letter to the Town Council today asking them to properly supervise the Harbor Commission in view of its multiple deficiencies in regards to my appeal. Hopefully, this will get a re-hearing which is held properly and respectfully without the need to appeal to Superior Court.
