Just wanted to share a quick update: White Coat Waste Project's campaign to end cruel and wasteful taxpayer-funded dog experiments at the Department of Veterans Affairs is continuing to gain steam with prominent veterans' advocacy groups coming out in support of the effort. To increase the pressure on VA, to coincide with Veterans Day last week, we launched an aggressive TV ad campaign, with hundreds of spots airing on CNN, MSNBC, FOX, ESPN and other popular networks. I've included the commercial here, which will be airing here in Washington, D.C. and all three cities--Cleveland, Milwaukee & Richmond--where VA labs are still experimenting on dogs.
