Who is impacted?
Thousands of small businesses in the natural health industry, including ours—Heavenly Natural Products—were unfairly targeted by the FDA during the pandemic. We received warning letters accusing us of misleading consumers, even when we were simply offering natural health solutions that people wanted.

These letters were highly publicized, damaging our reputations overnight. Even though we later complied with the FDA’s requests and were cleared of any wrongdoing, those corrections were never made public. Meanwhile, the original warning letters remain permanently visible online, harming businesses like ours to this day.

Most people don’t read the fine print—they just see the warning and assume the worst. Because of this, we continue to lose potential customers and opportunities.

 
What is at stake?
If this continues, small businesses will remain at an unfair disadvantage while Big Pharma enjoys government protection. The FDA selectively enforces regulations, allowing pharmaceutical companies with well-documented safety violations to operate without major consequences—yet natural health companies are hit with public shaming campaigns that never go away.

This isn’t just about one company. Thousands of businesses in the natural health space have suffered because of these warning letters. The FDA’s refusal to remove them is a permanent stain on reputations that should have been cleared long ago.

If things don’t change, small businesses will continue to be crushed under policies that favor pharmaceutical corporations while limiting consumer access to natural health solutions.

 
Why is now the time to act?
With Robert F. Kennedy Jr. now leading HHS, we have a unique opportunity to correct this injustice. RFK Jr. has long been a champion for health freedom and fairness in government policy.

We urge him to:
✅ Immediately remove outdated FDA warning letters that no longer apply.
✅ Publicly issue correction letters to acknowledge businesses that were cleared.
✅ Ensure small businesses in the natural health space are treated fairly.

This is the minimum action needed to restore a level playing field.
