Tell Retailers to STOP Using Evri – Protect Customers from Missing & Stolen Parcels

The Issue

Across the UK, thousands of customers are reporting missing parcels, suspected theft, false “delivered” scans, incorrect delivery photos and complete lack of customer support from Evri.

These failures have caused families to lose money, miss birthdays, and even have Christmas completely ruined. Many victims are being told:

“Your parcel was delivered — we have proof.”
…even when evidence clearly shows it was not delivered.
This is not a local issue — it is a national consumer crisis.

Our Evri Victims UK group has already reached over 1000 members within days, all reporting the same patterns:

Parcels marked as delivered when nothing arrived
Photos taken at completely wrong houses
Parcels left in random locations
Drivers placing parcels down, taking the photo, then removing them
No customer service or investigation
Retailers pushing responsibility away, leaving customers unprotected
Retailers who continue to use Evri are failing to protect their customers.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer — NOT the courier — is responsible for ensuring safe delivery.

Yet customers are being left without refunds, without answers, and without support.

📢 We Demand the Following:
1️⃣ All UK retailers stop using Evri as a courier
Evri has shown repeated, widespread failure and cannot be trusted to protect customers’ goods.

2️⃣ Retailers must switch to reliable delivery providers
Such as Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, or local trusted couriers.

3️⃣ The Competition & Markets Authority (CMA) must investigate Evri
This includes delivery fraud, false scanning practices, lack of customer support, and consumer harm.

4️⃣ The Department for Business & Trade must review courier regulation
Consumers deserve fair protection and accountability.

⚠️ Why Now?
With Christmas approaching, millions of parcels will pass through Evri’s network.
Based on current patterns, thousands will not reach their rightful owners.

Retailers who continue to use Evri are putting:
❌ your money
❌ your gifts
❌ your time
❌ and your trust
…at risk.

Customers are already saying:

“If a retailer uses Evri, I simply won’t buy from them.”

📣 Who Can Fix This (Decision Makers):
To make this petition effective, we direct it to:

✔ Nationwide Retailers Who use EVRI
✔ Competition & Markets Authority (CMA)
✔ Department for Business & Trade
These parties have the power to enforce change, improve consumer protections, and pressure retailers to stop using Evri.

✊ Together We Can Fix This
Retailers must stop using Evri.
Customers must be protected.
The delivery system must be held to account.

Sign this petition to demand national action and protect consumers across the UK.
