The Hanover City Council agenda and work session packet for the meeting scheduled on Tuesday, January 17th, @ 6:00 pm has been posted on line. Item #7 on the agenda reads as follows, "An update on the project will be provided. We will further discuss what entails as the project moves forward." So, I have reviewed the work session packet. It is 209 pages long and yet not ONE written item about this project is annotated in it! Are they going to make it up as they go along? What are they keeping secret? Why aren't any details being provided? Although there is no citizen's forum during work sessions, I will still attend the meeting tomorrow. We can continue to show our opposition to this haphazardly private funded, government sponsored vandalism to Settler's Park. Please join me at City Hall! Maybe we can convince the City Council to keep both of the baseball fields and save the trees!
