Thank you all for your support and kind words! As you all know, Governor Jerry Brown is no longer in office. However, we are still pushing for our mom's case and directing our efforts to the office of Governor Gavin Newsom.

Just an update on our mom and how she is doing: Shajia recently became a certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor! She was transferred to the California Institute for Women in Chino, California and has been supporting her fellow inmates there. Although the commute for visitation is longer, we are all proud of the commitment she has made to help others in her new community.
