In the past month or so, there have been two updates related to fibre in Cottam.    Gosfield Tel will be running fibre to approximately 250 new households in Cottam.  This is set to take place in 2023

Phase 1 County Road 34 W - From Cameron Side Road to Malden Rd
Phase 2A County Road 27 W - From County Rd 34 W to Highway #3
Phase 2B Clark/William/Francis/Lyle Subdivision
Phase 3 Road 11 W/North Talbot - West of Cameron Side Road

The announcement by Cogeco was a surprise.  Although the focus of the petition was to get Gosfield Tel to run the fibre, I think many household will be thankful to have modern internet service from either Cogeco or Gosfield.

Gosfield Tel will be holding their AGM on March 28, 2023 at the Cottam United Church.  Doors Open at 6:30.  It is hoped there will be more information provided at the meeting.
