Lobsters are actually feeling, intelligent creatures.  Like all animals, they want to be free to move, and free from harm and pain.  That's why cramming them into tiny tanks, bound, is cruel on its own.  But then, to boil them alive -- well, that's just sadistic. 

Fresh Direct not only sells, but ships live lobsters, most of whom will undoubtedly be boiled alive.  Moreover, "shipping" a live animal is another ghastly thought -- they would have to be crammed into some type of dark box, terrified, unable to move.  Lobsters belong in the ocean - not a box, or a pot!  Fresh Direct sells enough products that they don't need to sell live lobsters.
