Fordham has announced that they've reached a deal with NYBG to extend the reciprocal agreement providing parking for NYBG visitors and free grounds access for Fordham faculty, students and staff for one year, and are working to negotiate a multi-year agreement. Fordham Outdoors Club would like to thank all the clubs who showed solidarity on this issue, especially USG president Connor Sullivan and the Fordham Ram for their editorial and continued coverage; Vice President of Facilities Marco Valera for going back to the negotiating table for NYBG after hearing about the petition; and, most importantly, all of YOU who signed and shared this petition and showed Fordham and NYBG how important free access is.
