This is a partial victory, but for now the Florida AG's office has agreed to drop the suit against Segpay. This suit and the AV laws in place should have never happened. There's still a ways to go, but until archaic and costly obscenity laws are repealed, this is a good stepping stone towards protecting freedom of expression and speech.
