The months have trudged on as the international community has begun to come to terms with the realities many of us have been claiming was the intent from the start. Unprecedented historical events continue to come to pass, such as Western countries vowing to recognize Palestine's statehood, and two Israeli humanitarian watch groups stating that the Israeli government and military is indeed committing Genocide in Gaza and all of Palestine in a broader sense.
Unfortunately, the pace that this progress is moving at, and the unimaginable suffering being sustained by the Palestinian people is unbearable and infuriating. To know that such evil acts and blatant abuse of every aspect of human dignity is being allowed to continue, especially by the US government, is incomprehensible and demoralizing.
My heart shattered over a year ago and I've only been able to monitor and follow the news helplessly, as my own safety and well being has become precarious. I hold on to hope that one day we will all truly be free from hate and persecution. That we will be able to love freely and not have to fear being oppressed. That one day we can live in a world shared by all and restricted to none. However, until that day arrives, those who commit atrocities should have to have some sort of accountability, and banning the Israeli national soccer team from competing in a world competion is a good place to start.
Thank you all again who have signed, donated, and spread the word, it means more than can ever be expressed. I only ask of you one more favor, and that is to try and get 5 confirmed signatures from anyone you know would be willing to sign. If a good amount of you can get 5 to sign, and in turn, ask them for the same favor, to try and get 5 more and passing it on, the signatures would rise exponentially, and perhaps we can get some real traction on putting pressure on FIFA and other international competitions to not allow Israel to participate as long as they are involved in Genocide. Thank you all and God bless. ✌️🙏🫶 Peace and Love!
