Survivor's guilt is real,

For every Palestinian, in this deal,

The world ends for some,

But for others, it goes on, 

While children feel the hunger, 

And some lie in the rubble under, 

What more can we do,

But sing the songs of the dead,

I hear your cries,

When I close my eyes, in my head,

There is no point being sad,

Only that we must do more,

To stop this from happening again, instead, 

Love your loved ones,

Like it's your last day,

Because for our people in Gaza,

It may very well be that way,

And as the future of our people is built, 

We must live on, with survivor's guilt.
