The Pine Island developers are appealing Beaufort County’s denial of applications to build three six-hole golf courses on the 502-acre parcel.

Last Thursday, The Penn Center, Coastal Conservation League, and the Gullah/Geechee Sea Island Coalition along with several St. Helena Island landowners announced their plans to participate in the prelitigation mediation.
