A new application has been filed to rezone the Pine Island property out from the CPO to build a golf course. The developer is also appealing the County staff's denial of plans for a 3-part, 6 hole golf course.
The Beaufort County Planning Commission will host a public hearing on this rezoning and consider the appeal on Monday June 5th at 6pm at County Council Chambers at 100 Ribaut Rd, Beaufort.
