Last Monday, January 9th, the Beaufort County Community Services & Land Use committee postponed text changes to the CPO that could permit a golf resort on St. Helena through a development agreement. 

The Land Use Committee referred the matter to the CPO committee for their recommendation, in line with their charge to strengthen the overlay.
