Ted's Frostop hearing will be deferred until Thursday, May 21, in the New Orleans City Council.

Thanks for signing the petition to preserve Ted's Frostop at 3100 Calhoun Street.

The developer's appeals of the HDLC's demolition denials were originally scheduled for a May 7 hearing in the New Orleans City Council. 

According to the Agenda issued on Tuesday, May 5, the appeals will be deferred until Thursday, May 21, at the earliest:

The schedule was confirmed by phone with the Clerk of Council's office.

Further deferrals are possible.
