This is very simple.  Cut government spending.  If the US, state and local government would quit spending such extreme amounts of money foolishly, sales tax alone should be more than enough to run our government.  These part time members of Congress don't need $50 breakfasts.  They don't need retreats at exclusive resorts.  They don't need elaborate furnishings for their offices.
