On 09/05/2020   my son was born  in  johnson county  texas health  hospital 

Mother  with out her knowledge  or consent was drug tested.  And  failed for METHAMPHETAMINES   per nurse.   CPS was informed as required  .. on 09/06/2020.  She was    scared by  cps   to give her  a signed  admission  of drugs. And  they would'nt remove my son.   On 09/07/2020   cps  came to  cooks children hospital.  In fort worth with   papers to remove our son. Under the 262 code of abuse and  neglect claiming immediate danger when their was no immediate  danger or neglect. And  they also filed the papers in  the wrong county and wrong court that didnt have jurisdiction  or judicial   rigths  but was filed due to  my past in 2011 of cps involvement where I  was not a perpertrator  .. but was  fighting for my kids ..  we was not giving the 5 day visit  I was denied  a attorney 3 times by judge Barkley and  was denied acsess to my son as was mother.  Court claimed to have jurisdiction  and proceed   all my  request was not heard  or was I given due process  and   then the court decided  two weeks later to  transfer the case to proper court .  A week before status hearing we was given a service plan  .  Then was denied visitation  by that judge. For 3 months   and it's now going on 5 months and we still  have not seen or son   we didnt get a review as requested  or have the courts even bother to actualy  give us due process ..  we need to reform  and cps in hood county and judges should  be held accountable  for their actions and their decisions to ensure that they are not in the best intrest  of cps  but of people  the family and child rigths and   be held for their lies and  misleading  statements.  That effects the rigths to fair and  equal  protection of the  constitution  5 th 4 th 14 th amendment rights    and civil liberties of this nation 

Please signed this petition to get a  public eye attention of cps wrongdoing  in hood and parker county   and help me  get this in the right direction for not only my son but ever child that RIP out of  their family  and   friends  to benifit  the  cps . For   every parent and fathers  that goes though this  it's a  sittuation  that always effect the child  especially when cps uses a rule that the rule out   .. afther they got control.
