Targeted Individual Awareness Program

I am requesting and demanding that I be removed from the Terrorist Targeting Watchlist. I have been placed on this list for many years,  out of  malice and greed.  This watchlist has been misused for many years all across the world.  It was created to combat terrorism, but has been used to  harm innocent citizens.    I  was placed on this list because I was born in a family cult.  Upon leaving this cult and attempting to reveal my truth, I was heavily attacked.   They used this program to retaliate against me. 

I would like to unmask this covert  cancerous retaliatory  program that has been created to  abuse,  publicly humiliate, psychologically  damage,  sabotage and murder others.   They use MK Ultra  tactics to accomplish their goals.   The Terrorist Screening database  has been misused for financial gain, using the power of anonymous reporting.  A covert investigation  is opened up on a target for nefarious  reasons. Your name and information is dispersed  through out many sectors and you are systematically categorized as a “threat to society.”  This is a scam.  There is an abuse of power enacted.   It is actually a coverup for the main reason that you were being placed on the list.  This list is being used to retaliate against innocent citizens.  There are over 300,000  innocent people on this list and it continues to grow.  Children are not off limits.   Over 97% of those on this list are innocent.  They don’t have any ties to terrorism or any suspicious behavior that warrants their name to remain on the list.  There hasn’t been a terrorist  identified from that list.  While on this list, your rights  instantly become revoked , character is defamed and the target is treated like a second hand citizen without recourse.  This program is supervised by the sheriffs department , which allows  crimes to be committed against the target  without penalty.  

To become a  target, one would  have to be nominated  by a “Target Officer.”   This person identifies nominees for the program.   The target officer  could be an ex-spouse, employer, ex- friend, competitor,  jealous friends, defendants, etc.  Once the target is  identified,  a contract is established between corrupt officials.   A contract is then placed on the  nominee  for a “hit” or “vengeance for hire.”    The Target Officer is then  paid for the referral.  The Fusion Center then  essentially dispatches a team  to fulfill an attempted murder plot, as if there is an actual threat to be protected from.   Although there is no evidence of any credible wrongdoing, a FISA  court request  for surveillance warrant  is requested and issued.   Some of the surveillance. equipment can be replaced with hi tech/ nano tech weapons to create and sustain  physical and mental health problems or even death.   Although there is no reasonable cause  for the continuous surveillance,  the warrant is endlessly renewed,  for the rest of the life of the target.  There is no prosecution intended because then the fraud would be revealed.   There is a level of perjury involved that makes the injustice difficult to prove.  The target never gets  confronted by the officials taking actions  against them because there isn’t any solid evidence  of any affiliation or  threat. This is intentional. The target is intentionally  blacklisted. I have even heard of targets being the victim of fake pages, identity theft and  communications,  using AI images.  This program affects employment opportunities.

There are concerns  regarding the  impact on civil liberties. The Neighborhood Watch(Community Stalking Program), law enforcement and other entities are all alerted and encouraged to spread hate and fear mongering towards the target.  They are informed that  the target is dangerous, ill or any other falsehood created  and needed to be isolated and  ill-treated.   There  is still insufficient evidence to support the allegations to prosecute the target.  Defamation of character would be easier to prove if people were not paid or threatened  to be silenced. There are also individuals that are paid to assassinate your  character.  There  is  also  24 hour 7 day a week surveillance, bullying, harassment,  hate  and possibly hi tech weapons being sent towards the targeted individual.   You are considered a military target at this point.  This is a protected free-for-all  level of abuse.  The purpose is  to slow kill the target emotionally, mentally and physically,  with the hopes that the target  eventually self destructs.  There is also a bonus payoff  for any successful death of a target.    There is a high level of corruption and perjury involved throughout the entire process, which makes it difficult to challenge.  There is no accountability.    There is no due process. Targets are unable to defend themselves. Justice is obstructed.  There is no 911 or medical support  available  to  targets.   They just have to deal with the injustice. There is  no oversight of this program.  The  program has not been audited in many years and it is being abused.  There is a lack of awareness in the community regarding  this injustice which leads many to blindly follow the leader.   After being placed on this program, the target is exploited, studied  and their life is  turned upside down.  This is an organized crime syndicate. 

There is a financial gain for those  who report alleged criminals.  The more  targets that are placed on the list, the more funding becomes available.   Participants  use this program to gain steady income.  Participates are incentivized with gift cards,  services,  products, elicit drugs,  etc.   They are paid  to continuously bully, harass and monitor you.   Participants are informed that if they disclose the operation they would be arrested or otherwise threatened.  As a target, you are sabotaged in your personal and professional endeavors and relationships via smear campaigns. Targets are systemically alienated.  Loved ones are informed to indefinitely disconnect from you.   Participants have been encouraged to start altercations with you and then file police reports on you, if you defend yourself.   This program is unconstitutional  and illegal in practice.    There are organizations  like Targeted Justice  who advocate for victims of  this program.  There is also an attorney by the name of  Ana Toledo, who advocates for the cause.  There is also a documentary  released by the name of Cognitive  Liberty: Mind Control  detailing the  program. 

I am calling for an immediate audit and investigation of Fusion Centers  and its affiliates regarding  this practice. Why do the warrants keep being renewed endlessly without cause?  Why are the constitutional rights of innocent citizens being revoked without legal prosecution. What happened to the fourth, fifth, sixth amendment? The system is being  abused and misused  to target innocent people with taxpayer money. Anyone can be placed on this list and everyone should take this concern seriously.
