New announcement on Symphysiotomy Scheme's Website

Another new announcement was posted on the Scheme's website late on 21st March. It is still not clear if 1) all applicants to the scheme have been adequately contacted 2) why the records are not being returned automatically to applicants as per the Data Protection Act permits
