I really didn't want to write this update. I'm sorry to say Boots have failed to provide the data we need to prove they have reduced the price of their period products, like they promised.
We're really disappointed we've been misled.
We need an answer from Boots. We need the retailer to either share the data proving they have lowered their prices, or we need a commitment from them to finally lower the price of their period products which includes a clear timeline for doing so.

To let you know, we're working closely with the Tax Policy Associates, which is the organisation behind the research which proved most retailers have failed to reduce the price of period products in line with tampon tax ending. These experts have kindly agreed to analyse any data provided by retailers, so we can be sure they're being truthful about their prices.
