Several Planning Dept officials directly responsible for issuing Brown's SMA Permit Exemption and approving his Misrepresented Building Plans have suddenly retired! Why?

Brown neglected to include his 3rd-floor square footage in his application which invalidates his permit, at his expense. 

Planning Director McLean has stated that she wishes Brown’s permit was never issued, yet construction continues. Why?

Multiple sources have confirmed that Moana Lutuey, The Director of Corporation Counsel, has been actively intimidating Council Members AND the staffs of Planning AND Public Works to ensure Brown gets away with multiple violations and misrepresentations that would otherwise shut his construction down.

Why? Well, does it surprise you that Greg Brown’s attorney, Jeffrey Ueoka, only recently went to work for the law firm of Mancini, Welch, and Geiger after leaving his job working for Moana Lutey at Corporation Counsel?

Yes, the good ol' boys are at it again, but this time we have them red-handed.

Greg Brown pushed the abuse too far and was finally noticed for multiple violations, including grading violations that cannot be amended without tearing down what he’s built. Why hasn't the County issued a stop-work order?
