TAMARA LLAMAS LOCKED UP 30 YEARS WITH NO POLITICAL/CELEBRITY CONTACTS TO HELP FREE HER!

TAMARA LLAMAS LOCKED UP 30 YEARS WITH NO POLITICAL/CELEBRITY CONTACTS TO HELP FREE HER!
The Issue
Grant FREEDOM to TAMARA LLAMAS, mom of 5, serving sentences for crimes she DID NOT commit.
Tamara Llamas has been incarcerated since 1996 (30 YEARS) for 3 crimes that she was WRONGFULLY ACCUSED of and DID NOT COMMIT. She was charged with the distribution of marijuana, to which she admits guilt. But SHE IS INNOCENT of the other 3 crimes: use of a firearm in a drug crime, witness tampering, and conspiracy to murder for hire.
The following article includes J. Frank Bradsher, the same prosecutor who was prosecuting the Tamara Llamas case. He was later removed for Prosecutorial Misconduct under Brady v. Maryland violations (withholding evidence).
U.S. Attorney’s office in Eastern N.C. reassigns chief prosecutor
The Daily News
Associated Press Sep 8, 2013
RALEIGH (AP) — The U.S. Attorney for the North Carolina Eastern District says he has made changes in his staff after a federal appeals court said it was concerned with the conduct of prosecutors in the office.
Thomas Walker told The News & Observer of Raleigh that he has removed Robert Higdon from his role as criminal chief prosecutor for the office. Higdon will become a senior litigator, while current senior litigator Dennis Duffy will be the new criminal division chief.
J. Frank Bradsher is being removed from his job as deputy chief for the narcotics section. Prosecutor Leslie Cooley will assume that role.
Walker wouldn't talk about the changes. But judges on the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals have publicly complained the office didn't disclose evidence to defense attorneys.

A few years ago, I received a shocking email from the daughter of Christie Edwards, the murder victim involved in this crime. I literally cried reading her email, and expressed to her that if she had evidence that would prove to me that Tamara Llamas is truly guilty of the loss of her mother's life, I would stop helping Tamara Llamas and deactivate this petition. Instead, she actually signed this petition, stating, "The Feds quickly closed the case to keep their lies from being understood by the victims."
I can't think of a more remarkable and unanticipated turn of events! If the victim is in total support of Tamara Llamas' release, then this shows the real need for others to get involved and help Tamara Llamas. The Dr. Phil show wanted to dedicate an episode to the Tamara Llamas case, incredibly the BOP blocked the show from investigating, interviewing, or providing Tamara Llamas the legal assistance she desperately needed.
After doing some research, I found out that Tamara Llamas was assigned the same defense/trial attorney who had previously clerked for the same judge (Judge Malcolm J. Howard) presiding over the Tamara Llamas case. This appears to be not only collusion but also a conflict of interest regarding Tamara Llamas' request that her Guilty Plea be withdrawn.
Tamara Llamas was illegally COERCED and wrongfully THREATENED by her lawyer under duress with the DEATH PENALTY if she failed to “accept” a plea agreement sentencing her to 4 concurrent life sentences. At the time of the plea negotiation, she was OVERMEDICATED on 35mg of Prozac and 200mg of Trazodone. At those toxic amounts, she should have been in an inpatient hospital, but instead, she was being coerced to sign a plea agreement. Fearful for her life, and on the advice of her attorney and her family, who also feared she would be executed, she accepted the plea bargain to save her life. Once Tamara Llamas was coherent enough to understand what was happening to her, she directed her attorney to withdraw her guilty plea. Not only was the guilty plea not withdrawn as requested, but the lawyer didn't even bother to show up to court for this motion. This is blatant Ineffective Assistance of Counsel, and a lack of Due Diligence.
PROOF of her innocence:
- A WRITTEN AFFIDAVIT by the actual murderer, Jimmy Wakefield, states HER INNOCENCE of the murder and HIS OWN GUILT. He implicated Tamara Llamas to save himself from the death penalty. Yet this evidence is being disregarded by Jimmy’s attorney, Prosecutor Bradsher, and the courts. Jimmy’s subsequent admission of guilt is not being accepted and entered into evidence on behalf of Tamara Llamas.
- SWORN AFFIDAVIT and numerous personal letters by Jimmy Wakefield confessing that Prosecutor Bradsher coerced him into implicating Tamara Llamas to avoid the death penalty for himself, and admitting that HE ALONE COMMITTED THE MURDER and that SHE WAS NOT INVOLVED IN ANY WAY.
- Several letters and an affidavit accumulated as evidence of her innocence, copies of which were sent to both the Court and the Prosecutor.
- A Polygraph test administered to Tamara Llamas by the FBI shows SHE PASSED.
- A Polygraph test administered to Jimmy Wakefield by the FBI shows HE FAILED.
When Tamara Llamas was arrested, her five children were 1-14 years old. Among all the things in life she has missed out on while incarcerated, three of Tamara Llamas' children were killed in various accidents involving vehicles, and she was forbidden to attend their funerals or mourn with her grandchildren, family, and friends of the family.
Tamara Llamas needs to be able to return to her family, to once again be part of her two remaining children's lives, and become a part of her grandchildren's lives. Tamara Llamas wants justice...she deserves justice!
1) Her case re-heard with ALL the evidence, especially Jimmy Wakefield's admission of perjury and his guilt of the murder.
2) She is given credit for her time served and is immediately released from prison.
3) A reduction of her sentence to reflect only the marijuana charges, with the possibility of a further reduction of her sentence to reflect the changes in marijuana laws since her incarceration.
Tamara Llamas has exhausted all legal avenues available to correct this injustice.
Tamara Llamas nor I have the legal knowledge to navigate the legal arena to help fight this 3-decade-long legal battle. If you are an attorney willing to work Pro Bono, or a celebrity who would help her (or advocate on her behalf) please contact me, Cindy Boskofsky (or Tamara Llamas).
Please take the time to read and sign this petition, then share it with everyone you can, so they too can sign it. Let's make this happen! Thank you. Cindy (BOZ)
