The proposed project is in the middle of a residential area, very close to the middle school and high school football field. East Avenue is not large enough to hold the accompanying traffic that 4 senior buildings, a skilled nursing facility and Alzheimer's  unit would need. The surrounding homes, which make up about four different neighborhoods would all be affected!Tallmadge schools are at a 70% capacity presently. We need residential homes built on this land!
