Families across the nation are being torn apart by a corrupt and unaccountable family court system. Judges, attorneys, and Guardians ad Litem hold unchecked power while parents and children suffer in silence. We are rising together to demand truth, transparency, and reform. It’s time to take our lives back.

The abuse doesn’t stop when families enter the court system. The system often enables and aids the abuse and it gets worse. Judges, Guardians ad Litem (GALs), and attorneys are making life changing decisions without truly seeing or caring about the people those decisions affect. Decisions are being made carelessly. Families are silenced. Children are traumatized. Parents are left broken — emotionally, mentally, and financially drained — while those in power face no accountability. This system breeds fear, leaving us feeling so defeated and helpless. It hides behind secrecy and profits from pain. It destroys families under the guise of “justice.” And for many, there is no end in sight.

We’re done being silent. We are not powerless, and we are NOT ALONE. It’s time to expose the corruption, demand accountability, and reclaim our lives from a system that has forgotten its purpose — to protect families.

We Demand:

1️⃣ Independent Oversight & Accountability
Establish a fully independent, citizen-led oversight board to review misconduct complaints against judges, Guardians ad Litem, evaluators, and attorneys. End the self-policing culture that protects abusers of power.
All disciplinary records should be public and easily accessible.

2️⃣ Transparency in Family Court Proceedings
End the secrecy. Court transcripts, evidence, and rulings must be available to the parties involved. Families deserve to know the truth behind the decisions that shape their lives.

3️⃣ Financial Reform & Conflict of Interest Disclosure
Require full disclosure of all financial ties between court professionals, GALs, therapists, and custody evaluators. Ban referral kickbacks and revolving-door relationships that profit from prolonged cases and family suffering.

4️⃣ Protection of Children and Families
Prioritize the safety and wellbeing of children over bureaucracy and profit. Ensure that children’s voices are heard, verified, and not manipulated. 

5️⃣ Mandatory Ethics & Trauma-Informed Training
Judges, attorneys, and court-appointed professionals must undergo annual ethics and trauma-informed training; not as a checkbox, but as a requirement for licensing and case eligibility. Those lacking understanding of abuse dynamics, coercive control, or trauma should not be deciding family outcomes.

6️⃣ Federal Investigation into Systemic Corruption
Call on the U.S. Department of Justice and Congress to launch a nationwide investigation into systemic abuse of power, financial exploitation, and human rights violations within the family court system.

We will not be silenced. We will not stop until justice, compassion, and fairness enter into to the system that was meant to protect us.
