Why I feel Activision-Blizzard needs to make true changes.

'Stand Together!' a roared rallying cry often echoed from Blizzard characters.

Something Activision needs to do more of. With their own employees. Their own friends. Their own co-workers.

Instead of hiring a law firm that is already doing work for them in other areas, as they are doing with Wilmerhale. Because as an employee, I would be seeing the shared past history as a conflict of interest.

They have a chance to be a true industry leader. A true pioneer. To show other tech companies, other industries, the world, their staff, and themselves that they can stand together.

That will not treat human beings like this. That they will promote women and other minorities.

That they will have an expansive and diverse team. That they will help those that fall behind. That they will listen to the better angels of your nature. 

That these acts are in the past histories. That they will not be seen again. And if they are, it will not be tolerated. 

To be brave, stand tall. Not just when the wind is right, but during storm. To hold fast. People need people, we need others to help us when we cant help ourselves. We are stronger, braver, and wiser together.
