PETITION TO SAVE SWINDON'S HISTORICAL ARTEFACTS FROM BEING SEPARATED

Swindon Borough Council has now put the agricultural artefacts on offer to other museums rather than keep them in Swindon, safe for Swindonians to see. No consultation with any heritage groups. Disgusting and disappointing behaviour. A Carriage Works Museum would have the space to house these. There is a petition to Garry Perkins to consult about/keep these in Swindon although the Adver fails to acknowledge this petition, or credit the person who alerted everyone to this news (namely, the Save Swindon's Heritage facebook page moderator, Sally Hawson).
