Mechanics' Institution Trust Website Statement -- and petition flyer request!

The MI Trust have released this statement, which also includes a series of question and answers, many of which related to the Carriage Works proposal. The Trust clearly explains some of the core problems with the SMAG proposals as they stand. A serious rethink and renegotiation is needed. It is patently unfair to steam roll the poorly consulted SMAG plans through. This also does help to dispel some of the myths that have abounded.
