When Los Angeles was chosen for the Summer Olympics in 2028, it was chosen because people believed Donald Trump would be out of our lives by then in terms of being in the White House. Our days were made in 2020 when he lost the election, but now he's back in the White House after the 2024 election which he should not've been part of, being president is something you can only ever be for either 4 or 8 years. Los Angeles is the same venue that had the Olympics in 1984, back then the United States did not have an unwanted president, same said with the Olympics in 1996 which took place in Atlanta.

So far not much is being done to remove Trump from office, since returning to the White House his administration cut fundings from things to point of what happened as a result of that, and he started a war in Iran that lead to an oil crisis around the world due to the government there closing the Strait Of Hormoz, and there are people who are very fearful of it starting something even I would never want to start in our lifetime, being of course World War III, something many people are unprepared for along with what it'll risk not taking place and how it's believed to involve nuclear weapons with a slim change of survival. Sooner that Middle East War ends the better, but we don't want an Olympics in a country run by an unwanted world leader who is also now a war criminal. So far no news has come through on the International Olympic Committee threatening to have the 2028 Olympics not take place as intended, but what they should do instead is swap the venue with where the games are set to take place in 2032, being Brisbane in Queensland, last time the Olympics took place in Australia was in 2000 with Sydney in New South Wales, before then the last time was with Melbourne in Victoria, sadly there might not ever get to be any in any Australian cities outside the eastern states within my lifetime.
