Change to Petition Goals

Thanks for your signature. I had been waiting for the results of the Transport Select Committee today before I made this change, but as usual I seen a lot of rhetoric and not much action! It seems they're putting on overime!!?!

So this is Just a quick note to let you know that I have amended the goal to not only Suspend the Public Booking System (Legacy) but also to restrict usage on the ADI OBS Booking System. There seems to be a split of opinion on which is best, so why not call for both. Please feel free to retract your signature if you no longer agree with this.
