Sorry I’ve taken a few days to regroup and just be. This rollercoaster just needs to stop, but at the same time until things change we can’t. Thank you to each and every one of you for reading, signing and sharing. We can’t stop now. In a communication with an MP, the only way things are going to change is if other athletes, their families and stakeholders speak up and stand up for ALL these athletes! And force them to change their policy!! If this is happening to 3 kids on one team here in Manitoba, imagine how many more are across Canada, have thought that we as a country have stopped fighting for them. These sports organizations, referees, coaches, media, parents, and athletes all think their voices are too small, but each one can help make a change. Contact your local club, provincial club, coaches, etc, anyone that helps built their sport in your community and share this episode by Wake Up Canada News and the petition.
