Going by the warped logic of the 3 judge bench every parent should: 1) remove their children who are studying in non CBSE Board schools and admit them pronto into CBSE board schools ( would be interesting to see which segment would benefit the most economically by this .... CBSE schools, coaching classes or the decision makers who in the first place enabled this Skew! 2) all vernacular medium schools should immediately be shut down since students in the schools have no hope in heaven of cracking NEET! 3 ) the government of India should pronto order the closure of all state board and ICSE board schools. Somewhat of a weird parallel........ A state high court recently directed the municipal corporation of a state to stop apprehending and shaming people who defecated in the open on account of the fact that the state could not provide them with alternatives in the form of proper toilets, which forced the people to defecate in the open. Going by the same logic and given the fact that since many students don't have access to CBSE schools, shouldn't the SC squash its own ruling making the CBSE syllabus patterned NEET!!!!
