Wesley's Background and Qualifications Have Never Been Investigated or Evaluated

This is the candidate information form David Wesley filed with the County Recorder in 2010.  He states that he was appointed to the bench in 1997.  He was not!  He says he was elected as a judge in 1998. He was not.  He says he was elected in 2004.  He was but his name did not appear on the ballot because no one else ran for his judicial seat.  Thereafter, he was elected twice by default because he had no challengers.  Still, the State Bar of California has no records that his background and qualifications were investigated by the Commission on Judicial Nominees as required by law.  

Had he been appointed, his appointment would have had to be approved by the State Bar Commission on Judicial Nominees.  They have no records.
