Thank you so very much for your support.  This petition is to the California Supreme Court, the California Attorney General, the Judicial Council of California and the State Bar of California, all of which allowed David S. Wesley to have an illustrious career as a judge without formal qualification or approval.  He was simply allowed to put on a robe and get a salary at the expense of taxpayers. This petition has been pending for 3 years and to date it has been ignored by the California government.  However, our momentum is growing.  Let's make this happen.  Wesley has destroyed the lives of attorneys and people have been removed from their lives and loved ones to serve lengthy prison sentences behind his fraudulent position as a judge.  These people need to be released.  Every decision made by David Wesley must be reversed and he should be held accountable.  Then, everyone victimized should receive compensation so they can get on a path to restoration of their lives and their dignity.
