On monday, 2nd September CBI officials recorded the statement of rape victim in the Unnao case. The victim was in AIIMS delhi due to road accident, in which she lost her aunts and her lawyer got injured. She had shown progress in her health and was shifted to ward. 

The statement of her lawyer is yet to be recorded as he is still in the Intensive Care Unit in a critical condition.
