Anti-caste-based reservations have only been growing in the previous years and now after Supreme court allowed reservation in promotions, the skepticism in the Indian society has grown rather deeper. Even though people claim that there is no other way around the reservation and that reservation in the Indian society is absolutely necessary, I don't share the same opinion at all. A society where reservation is supported rather than hardwork is not a society that you can sustain for a longer time. Incompetent people at higher positions will only make the administration of the company worse than it already is.
