Dear Valued Supporters and unfortunate fellow sufferers of the Great Unitech Robbery and Govt lack of empathy. All points carefully put in the petition are facts which has resulted in things as they stand. The fact that valid NCRDC decrees are not being implemented or that one was implemented and 39 buyers(Vistas) refunded with interest is being is not being accorded a status. This is grave injustice and even IT and GST payments if made late attract an interest charge. If EDC and IDC were not paid by Unitech over a period of time(I saw Haryana and all the shoddy affairs at DTCP Gurgaon) by bribing licensing authorities leading to a project becoming unapproved , no or minimal RERA implementation still, should we be penalised. Even Pvt Sector Banks like HDFC Bank sanctioned loans for 'unapproved project status' knowing that mostly salaried and middle class people will always pay loans entered into with fool proof agreements. I hope leadership position like Vivek Tyagi ji, Taoriji and many others can support me to get a hearing from Hon FM Shmt Sitharaman as she holds the lever for finance required to pay for  much delayed  hand over of flats or refund with interest if some senior citizens can't manage any more. How NCDRC degrees cannot be implemented?
