Realty Projects Irregularities Continue

Dear Valued Supporters and Fellow Sufferers from the Unitech Pandemic,

Todays news papers carry an article on how hundreds of projects in Noida/Ghaziabad have huge irregularities in terms of compliances. Currently this may be COVID 19 induced but we all know few years ago at  DTCP(Haryana Govt) and other licensing authorities, huge huge irregularities were there-like wise in so many other states also as no regulatory mechanisms were put by a Myopic/Corrupt Govt. RERA today also is a big flop show.By bribing huge amounts to such licensing authorities and also bankers like HDFC, Unitech continued to collect money from us without requisite approvals in place and without payment of statutory EDC/IDC with a planned objective of siphoning off the entire money-big India National Ministers and Lawyers like Chidambaram, Sibbal, Rohatgi etc helped them gain several years valuable time to launder money safely. 

For no reason, 21000 home buyers and 56000 Fixed Deposit holders were simply punished with Govt putting up their hands on finances/compensation/refunds with interest inspite of a NCRDC legitimate decree. 

Please continue to support and fight till the end to force the Govt to comply to the law of the land and provide justice!
