Thank you everyone -- I certainly did not expect so many of you to stand with the spirit of this petition. It's only been up since Monday and already we have so many people standing up for fair play.

This petition sends out an automated email to the decision-makers named in this petition every time a milestone is hit, so they should have received an email from Change.org twice -- one at 25K signatories and one at 35K signatories. (The next milestone is 50K.)

Regardless, I will be sending a formal email to those named in this petition this weekend. I hope to get back to you with an answer from them. (And if they don't reply, well... that's a reply unto itself.) Whatever the answer may be, I hope to update you sometime mid-next week about the progress.

I've also heard concerns that facts mentioned might be POFMA-ed. I am willing to cooperate with the POFMA Office if they wish to release a correction and have that be on this petition. POFMA rules do not ask for a takedown; at worst, they ask for a cease of communication. As far as I know, information about CPIC funds was presented as fact. As discerning voters, it is up for us to make an informed decision based on the facts presented.
