Thank you everyone, I certainly did not expect so many of you to be signing this petition. It is a strong signal that we want promises to be made and kept so that we won't see a repeat of the fact that was reported in Our Class Notes in the next two years.

I would like to make two clarifications to this petition:

1. I took the CIPC information based on the fact that Bertha Henson not only shared the article on her FB page on Monday, 13 Jul, but was also part of the vetting process with her student journalists. A reasonable person would take it as fact based on the nature of the article and the presence of an established journalist in the vetting process.
2. There have been calls to replace PAP folk who are allegedly advising the CCCs. This petition does not refer to that. It merely assumes the current structure, whatever it may be, and asks for a promise to be delivered that Sengkang TC and AHTC projects will be looked into and that CIPC fund requests from these projects will be approved.

I have also received feedback that I could diversify the list of people this is addressed too. Some clarifications:

1. This petition is not addressed to the Constituency Director of Sengkang South Constituency Office as this office currently sits in Ang Mo Kio GRC.
2. I will also be addressing this petition to:
   - Tok Hock Soon, Director, North East CDD
   - Yong Hua Yong, Group Constituency Director, Aljunied GRC & Hougang SMC, North East CDD
   - Zaqy Mohamed, Chairman, Community Improvement Projects Executive Committee
3. I have received feedback to also send this to the CCC layer. Frustratingly, I was not able to find information on who the CCC advisers were from government-related sources. I was only able to refer to a 2015 article by now-defunct The Middle Ground which detailed these advisers after they did their own research. I cannot confirm that this information still stands as of today, however, I will assume so and will loop them in this petition. As such, I will address this to:
   - Victor Lye Thiam Fatt, Punggol East CCC chairperson
   - Raymond Chua Hock Chye, Sengkang West CCC chairperson
