Since the end of the year 2020, Our friend, known to you as Mo has had to live in Hungary without proper documents. He had to struggle to survive with mostly working in the countryside at construction sites, using friends to sign rental contracts for him and didn't have any rights, Insurance, possibility to see a doctor in an emergency or any of these things. This was the result of him not accepting the his forced deportation by The Iranian embassy. When he was there to renew his passport they took it away and he had to run away from the embassy. His father and him were involved in political/social activism back in Iran and they saw the cruelty of Iranian government on many basis. Whilst it is important for the sake of the privacy of his story the details to be left aside, it is important to know that if he were not to be accepted in Germany and deported, he will face life threatening situations, to say the least, back in Iran.

He is a motivated person and kind, he loves physics and one day wants to study German Law to help other refugees that will be in his current position. He's bilingual in English and Persian and speaks a good level of French and can communicate in Hungarian. He spent the last three years learning wood-working and is good friend and to some of us even family. 

Although everyone's signature shows their love and support for this cause but we ask you to please sign it if you have a German citizenship.

 With This petition we would like to support his claim for his asylum application and Show that he has a community of families and friends in Germany who do support him and are willing to help him in his future endeavors. We also would like to express deeply that we want our friend, to stay in Germany!
