Section 7(2)(b) ensure that the intent of this Act and the regulations is being applied to provide services to injured workers and dependents; and

114. (1) The injury fund is continued.

(2) Compensation, health care,

administrative expenses and all other expenses under this Act and the regulations shall be paid out of the injury fund.

These two sections CLARIFY that any administrative expenses or other expenses (lawyers) have to be for services for injured workers or dependents!

The injury fund is EARNED funds kept in trust for if a worker is injured. That money is the injured workers money! Which means the injured workers ARE YOUR BOSS!
