I want to say that my posts are not about attention seeking. When you are an injured worker, you are a file. These employees snap you closed at the end of the day and go home. The most they have is a voice usually.
They removed Dustin's Chriopractic and Physiotherapy approx 4 months ago. He has seen his chiropractor once since then. And then again yesterday. We have sent emails about how the denial was based on his chiropractor was treating his knee. And the chiropractor was NEVER treating his knee. The chiropractor was originally treating his left hip as a result of his knee. His chriopractor has written and sent this information to Charmaine Janes for weeks on end to get her to include it in the weighing of evidence for the weeks loss of earnings Dustin had last year from his left ankle. This week off as a result of his left ankle is directly linked to his right knee injury the same as his left hip.
The left ankle caused issues ONLY after they removed his chiropratic and physio coverage last year as well.
His medical proves that with weekly physio and chiropractic visits he is able to work without his altered gait, a result of his knee injury, causing an impediment where he is not able to work for even a day.
Just as proven last year, Dustin is showing that as every day goes by his limp has been slowly returning and it started about two to three weeks without both supportive medical aids.
Last weekend he was limping very badly for 2 days and had to rest more than usual which has not happened ONCE during his entire year of weekly supportive medical aid visits. And yesterday he had to see his chiropractor again because, as proven by his chiropractor in that report, the altered gait is now affecting his back and neck areas.
I am scared for Dustin's future. For his ability to earn at all. And the fact that NONE of his medical is being taken seriously!
Yes the current permanent loss of earnings as a result is a major issue needing to be addressed. The medical being denied is a HIGHER concern because it shows the goal is for Dustin and our family to be pushed onto social services when he is not able to work at all as a result of the lies that is denying him his supportive medical aid!
