We are in the permitting phase of building Wolf Craft School, a non-profit Craft School in Grass Valley on Wolf Road.

We are building a place to explore creativity in a natural setting and learn traditional handicrafts like blacksmithing, woodworking, ceramics and fiber arts. In addition to classes, we will offer tent cabins for overnight stays for a more immersive experience.

On July 25th, we went before the Planning Commission, and only 4 of the 5 Commissioners were present. The vote was 2x2, which means we didn't get the Use Permit. We are appealing to the Board of Supervisors and our hearing will be October 22, 2024 at 10:30 at the Rood Center in Nevada City. Please come and show your support!

We believe arts and crafts are a vital part of the rural landscape and this project has a place here. It will serve the community and bring visitors that will enjoy the area and will boost revenue in the local economy.
