Support Underprivileged Youth to Achieve Their Dream of Becoming IAS, IPS & PCS Officers

The Issue

My name is Baldev Singh Maharaj. I come from a poor and financially weak family background. I know what it means to dream big while having very limited resources.

I clearly remember the day my daughter said to me, “I want to become a Judge.”
Fulfilling that dream was not easy. We faced financial hardship, emotional stress, and social challenges. There were moments when the dream felt impossible. However, through perseverance, the right guidance at the right time, and strong mental and spiritual strength, we were finally able to turn that dream into reality.

This journey taught me a powerful truth:
Success in careers like IAS, IPS, and PCS is not only about talent or hard work. It depends greatly on timely guidance, emotional support, and financial stability.

The Reality Faced by Millions of Youth
As the Founder of Ruhani Sach Naam Satsang (Registered), I have interacted closely with thousands of young boys and girls who dream of becoming IAS, IPS, PCS, and other government officers.

Unfortunately, many deserving students are forced to abandon their dreams due to:

Extremely high cost of coaching institutes
Weak financial conditions at home
Lack of proper mentorship and direction
Mental pressure, fear of failure, and loss of confidence
Their dreams do not fail because of lack of ability — they fail because of lack of support and equal opportunity.

Purpose of This Petition
This petition seeks to establish a structured support platform under Ruhani Sach Naam Satsang (Registered) to empower underprivileged and deserving youth.

Through this initiative, we aim to provide:

Free or affordable coaching and mentorship
Right guidance at the right stage of preparation
Access to quality study resources
Mental, emotional, and spiritual motivation
Equal opportunity irrespective of economic background
Our mission is clear:
No capable student should lose their dream of becoming an officer because of poverty.

Our Clear Demands
We respectfully urge the concerned authorities to:

Support and recognize free coaching and mentorship initiatives for IAS, IPS, and PCS aspirants from economically weaker sections.
Encourage collaboration with educational institutions and coaching organizations to provide affordable or free training and study materials.
Enable financial and policy support through Social Justice and Education frameworks so that marginalized and underprivileged students receive equal opportunity.
Ensure that talent and merit are not restricted by financial limitations.

⚖️ Moral & Constitutional Reference
We respectfully seek moral and constitutional attention from the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India to uphold the principles of equality, social justice, and equal opportunity in education, so that deserving youth from economically weaker backgrounds are not denied their fundamental right to progress.

Who Should Sign This Petition?
Students aspiring to become IAS, IPS, PCS officers
Parents who want a dignified and secure future for their children
Teachers, mentors, and education supporters
Citizens who believe that social justice begins with equal access to education
