Support TMAP: Building a Vibrant Community Arts Hub!
The issue
Thank you so much for your time, we're reaching out for your support.
Tamborine Mountain Arts Precinct (TMAP), a not-for-profit organisation, is on a mission to create one of Australia's leading community arts precincts in the Gold Coast Hinterland. TMAP's efforts are currently focused on establishing exclusive use of the Mount Tamborine Vineyard and Winery property, situated on the famous Gallery Walk - owned by the local council.
Help us gather signatures to strengthen our case with the QLD government and Scenic Rim Regional Council.
The TMAP project is set to be a catalyst for innovation and change, revitalising the Gallery Walk strip and re-engaging the community. Influential figures, from business owners to government reps, call the project a ‘no-brainer’ and recognise its potential to transform the local cultural scene and boost the local economy. But we need to show it is not just us who are thinking of the bigger picture.
Our Mission? To build a vibrant community arts hub - supporting arts and culture with self-funded, ongoing arts grants.
Imagine a vibrant space buzzing with creativity: a permanent community art gallery, studio and exhibition spaces, workshops, amphitheatre, commercial kitchen hire, a sculpture garden, and a café with a licensed bar. A place that also celebrates and champions local creative businesses and encourages visitors to explore the multitude of exciting events happening across the mountain.
But to make this dream a reality, we need your help. By signing this petition, you're not just showing your support by endorsing TMAP's vision but advocating for a brighter future for arts and culture.
